NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and drive them to resolution while meeting SLAs.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and RiverBed technologies, logging incidents, coordinating with vendors and colleagues, and learning to apply knowledge articles to resolve issues efficiently. This is a remote role with global impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA etc.).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identify and resolve problems following set procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and update records accordingly.
• Log incidents with required details and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite resolution.
