Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents and restore services while maintaining SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and diagnose incidents.
• Maintain service records and update tickets.
• Escalate unresolved incidents per procedures and follow up.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor service levels and report on performance.
