Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and restore services while meeting SLA targets. This entry-level role focuses on incident analysis, problem resolution, and proactive maintenance in a remote working setup.

The position is based in Ibiza, Spain, with opportunities to grow within a global tech leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent.
Entry level knowledge of networking technologies and device families (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.).
Associate level networking certifications encouraged (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA).

Responsibilities

Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics and creates reports.
Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
Carries out agreed maintenance tasks and documents incidents.
Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
