Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is hiring an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support and identify and resolve incidents. You will work in a remote setting, coordinating with clients and internal teams to restore services and meet SLA targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, diagnosing incidents, applying knowledge articles, updating tickets and configuration records, and escalating unresolved issues until resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry-level experience with routing, switching, Wireless and core/access layers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide remote technical support to clients.
• Document incidents and maintain configuration records.
• Monitor service delivery and SLA compliance.
