Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure service levels are met. The role emphasizes problem diagnosis, knowledge of networking tech, and coordination with stakeholders in a remote working setup.

You will work with vendor technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Riverbed) and maintain configuration records while escalating complex issues and driving them to final resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless).
• Experience providing remote client support and diagnosing/troubleshooting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolving incidents.
• Use service assurance software to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Maintain records and configurations for CIs and incident tickets.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
