Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing or related field is required.
• Associate networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA or JNCIA preferred.
• Entry-level experience with networking technologies and remote client support expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Identify and resolve issues following established procedures.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and update records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet service targets.
