Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking a Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our global team. This entry-level role provides professional remote technical support to clients, identifies and resolves incidents, and drives timely restoration of services while meeting SLA targets.

You will work with monitoring tools, document incidents, coordinate with internal teams and clients across cultures, and develop foundational networking knowledge including vendor technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems, collects statistics and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
