Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA.
• Entry-level networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot remotely.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet SLAs and drive resolution.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report on performance.
• Follow procedures for incident logging and escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors and other teams to expedite resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of configuration items and changes.
• Provide knowledge-based guidance and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and identify improvement actions.
