Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical support via email/telephone/live-chat to global customers.
• Resolve escalated incidents from customers and partners.
• Replicate customer configurations to troubleshoot complex errors.
• Progress simultaneous high-priority issues and maintain accreditation.
