You will translate technical needs into design solutions, support design-win activities, and collaborate with sales to uncover new business opportunities.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential, with Spanish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Technical, pre-sales background in electronics, engineering, Telecom, CS, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-facing mindset and collaborative approach.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to customers for assigned products and technologies.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate design solutions.
• Support and manage design-win activities in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in customer projects throughout the entire design cycle, from concept to implementation.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay up to date on new technologies and product developments.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project and opportunity information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
