Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing required.
• Associate level networking certifications preferred.
• Entry-level experience with networking technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and identify incidents.
• Diagnose problems, collect data and resolve to SLA.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and document resolutions.
• Maintain CI configurations and change tracking.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to expedite fixes.
