NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and resolve incidents. You will operate in-region, use diagnostic tools, and coordinate with clients and vendors to meet SLA commitments.

The role emphasizes knowledge of networking technologies, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a remote working environment. Remote work is available within Spain, with global support context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support and identify/resollve incidents.
• Follow procedures to maintain service levels and document actions.
• Use service tools to investigate, diagnose, and report issues.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve problems.
• Log incidents with adequate detail and escalate when needed.
• Apply knowledge articles and update SOPs as required.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and trigger improvements.
