Jobgether seeks a senior leader to own the launch and growth of a financial services operation in the Netherlands. You will coordinate with strategic partners, prospective clients, regulators, vendors and external advisors to drive market entry and ongoing development.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance to deliver market objectives and optimize partner growth in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

8+ years in high-growth fintech or related fields.
Experience launching market operations.
Strong commercial judgment with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs.
Fluent English; Dutch preferred; Spanish a plus.
Authorized to work in the Netherlands and the European Union.

Responsabilidades

Act as the senior point of contact for key relationships across strategic partners, prospective clients, regulators, financial institutions, vendors and external advisors.
Own the launch of Netherlands operations and potentially support launches in additional European markets.
Lead cross-functional launch plans with Product, Legal and Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor and optimize partner growth, profitability, and performance metrics post-launch.
Represent the business at fintech events across Europe and Latin America to forge opportunities.
