Revolut Ltd is seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive for the Benelux market. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting to renewal, and drive adoption of Revolut Business features with senior stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, building long-term relationships, managing pipelines, and collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing to exceed targets.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle B2B Account Executive in a SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas by closing complex, high-value deals with medium-to-long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills; ownership of the customer lifecycle from acquisition to growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market businesses (€30m–€200m ARR).
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic relationships.
• Understand customer challenges and position Revolut Business features to solve them.
• Drive complex negotiations and close high-value opportunities.
• Lead customer onboarding to ensure smooth transition from sales to adoption.
