Cross Border Talents is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to target the Dutch market from Barcelona. You will build client and partner relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive targets with support from marketing and the broader team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in business development or sales, fluent Dutch, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A hybrid work setup is available with growth opportunities in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch speaker with B2 English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• CRM software knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the Dutch market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
• Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
