Concentrix is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Spain to join our team supporting premium automotive brands. This full-time role offers remote work, a 39‑hour week, and a permanent contract.

You will lead follow‑up calls, represent the brand professionally, and gather insights for retailer sales teams. Salary is 21,473.38€ gross per year, with up to 3,000€ gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance.

Competenze

• Bilingual in Flemish and English required.
• Minimum high school diploma; background in business, communications, or automotive studies preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after interest.
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and care for customer satisfaction.
• Identify pricing concerns or product preferences and address them accordingly.
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions to support retailer sales teams.
