The role requires bilingual Dutch and English, a minimum high school diploma, and experience in customer service or luxury sales. Training is provided, with a central Barcelona location and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Dutch and English.

• Structured, professional, discreet handling of pricing and offers.
• Comfortable with scripted calls and written post-interaction reports.
