Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona seeks a Remote Support Engineer (Italian speaking) to join a dynamic, global tech team. You will support industrial 3D printers, diagnose issues remotely, and coordinate on-site actions when needed. Hybrid work after ramp-up with full training and career development.

Qualifications

• Italian and English required for client communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing or remote support roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Barcelona environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote support on industrial 3D printers and related systems.
• Remotely diagnose hardware/software issues and guide customers.
• Trigger onsite dispatch if remote fix is not possible.
• Keep customers informed and document case history in CRM.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing in the Knowledge Mgmt System.
• Assist Care Center and field engineers on product features and specs.
