Concentrix is hiring a Remote Support Engineer (Italian speaking) based in Barcelona, offering a hybrid work model after 2 months. You will provide expert remote support for industrial 3D printers, resolving hardware/software issues and coordinating onsite dispatch when needed.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Italian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering - preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering - or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively in ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers.
• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for our customers.
• Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) if issue cannot be fixed remotely.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their case.
• Document case history and interactions with customer in the CRM system to ensure proper handover to field and knowledge sharing.
