Zusammenfassung

Concentrix is hiring a Remote Support Engineer based in Barcelona for a hybrid work arrangement. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, escalate on-site if needed, and maintain clear case records in our CRM.

The role requires Italian and English proficiency, a Science/Engineering degree, and experience in customer-facing environments. Participate in training and career development programs while enjoying a full-time contract.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• Native or proficient Italian and English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and remote/on-site support.

Aufgaben

• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for our customers.
• Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) if the issue cannot be fixed remotely.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their case.
• Document case history and interactions with customer using CRM for proper handover.
• Contribute to maintain the Knowledge Mgmt. System (KMS) sharing knowledge across the organization.
• Assist Care Center Agents and Customers on subjects such as product features, specs, parts info and compatibility.
• Assist Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting as needed.
