Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Remote Support Engineer (Italian speaking) to provide expert remote support for industrial 3D printers. You’ll diagnose hardware, software and application issues and coordinate on-site interventions when needed.

You should be fluent in Italian and English and hold a Science/Engineering degree. The role offers a full-time contract, hybrid work after 2 months, and strong career development opportunities within a global tech leader.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers
• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for our customers
• Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) in case the issue cannot be fixed remotely
• Keep customers informed of the status of their case
• Document case history and interactions with customer. SW (CRM) to ensure proper handover to field, product/case history tracking and reporting
• Contribute to maintain the Knowledge Mgmt. System (KMS) sharing the knowledge with the rest of the organization
• Assist Care Center Agents and Customers on subjects such as product features, specifications, parts info and compatibility, maintenance routines, educational programs and technical aspects in general, based on customer entitlement
• Assist Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting in case of need

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in a customer facing role (onsite support, remote support or similar)
• Experience in Graphics Arts products and related technologies
• Ability to follow and read electrical / electronic diagrams
• Experience in Additive Manufacturing technology, 3D Modeling Software - Magics (Materialise) and NetFabb (Autodesk) and/or 3D printing workflows

• Shift schedule: Monday to Thursday 14-23h, Friday 14-22h or Monday to Thursday 17h-2:00, Friday 17:00-1:00
