Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Remote Support Engineer (Italian speaking) based in Barcelona, offering a hybrid work model after 2 months. You will provide expert remote support for industrial 3D printers, resolving hardware/software issues and coordinating onsite dispatch when needed.

The role requires native/proficient Italian and English, a Science/Engineering degree (mechanical/industrial/electrical preferred), and strong organizational skills to manage case histories and knowledge sharing within a

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers.
• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for our customers.
• Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) if issue cannot be fixed remotely.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their case.
• Document case history and interactions with customer in the CRM system to ensure proper handover to field and knowledge sharing.

As a Remote Support Engineer, You Will

• Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers
• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for our customers
• Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) in case the issue cannot be fixed remotely
• Keep customers informed of the status of their case
• Document case history and interactions with customer. SW (CRM) to ensure proper handover to field, product/case history tracking and reporting
• Contribute to maintain the Knowledge Mgmt. System (KMS) sharing the knowledge with the rest of the organization
• Assist Care Center Agents and Customers on subjects such as product features, specifications, parts info and compatibility, maintenance routines, educational programs and technical aspects in general, based on customer entitlement
• Assist Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting in case of need

It Will Be a Plus If You Have

• Experience in a customer facing role (onsite support, remote support or similar)
• Experience in Graphics Arts products and related technologies
• Ability to follow and read electrical / electronic diagrams
• Experience in Additive Manufacturing technology, 3D Modeling Software - Magics (Materialise) and NetFabb (Autodesk) and/or 3D printing workflows

• Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract
• Shift schedule: Monday to Thursday 14-23h, Friday 14-22h or Monday to Thursday 17h-2:00, Friday 17:00-1:00
• Salary package: base salary of 20,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus
