Formación

• Experience with ITIL best practices.
• Previous experience using Service Now, ideally with the IRM module.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 1.5 level Incident Support and comply with ITIL practices.
• Monitor incoming requests to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Act as primary contact for issue resolution.
