You will implement and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, ensuring integration with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, and fluent Spanish and English skills. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Proven experience with CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite.
• Ensure seamless integration between ITOM and other modules.
• Build and optimize Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
