Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist Networking in Alcobendas, Spain, to develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships within Iberia’s Networking division. You will manage accounts, provide product expertise, and identify new business opportunities, with a hybrid work model and a clear path for career growth.

The role requires English B2-C1 and Spanish C1, strong communication, and experience with CRM/quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management.
• English B2-C1 and Spanish C1 level - required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM and quotation/order management tools.
• IT industry knowledge is a plus — but passion and drive matter most!

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Handle quotations, close orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Drive outbound calls to develop new business opportunities.
• Support partners with account planning and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Pre-Sales teams when needed.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer expectations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
