Job summary

Expanish is a leading Spanish language school with programs across multiple global locations. We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to guide prospective students from first contact to enrollment, leveraging strong communication and persuasive skills.

You will respond to inquiries, advise on the best program, send quotes, and close enrollments. This role offers remote work with international collaboration and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and AI-enabled platforms
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, video calls and webinars.
• Understand student needs and guide them toward Expanish programs.
• Send quotes, follow up, and close enrollments to meet targets.
• Handle payments and ensure smooth handoff to Admissions.
• Collaborate with teams across Argentina, Spain and Brazil.
