• Degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with tech skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience in robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues and trigger field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and ensure timely entries.
• Focus on remote support with some on-site opportunities domestically and internationally.
• Work hours 8:00-16:30 CET with on-call 7AM-7PM rotation.
