Infront is hiring an HR Project Manager to modernise HR with AI-enabled technologies and a full HRIS replacement. You’ll oversee vendor selection, implementation, data migration and adoption, coordinating across HR, IT and finance with a focus on governance and compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR/HR tech, hands-on system implementation experience, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is essential, with remote-friendly, hybrid work options across countries.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in HR, HR technology or related project role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HR or enterprise system implementation (config, data migration, testing or go-live).
• Experience independently leading a project or workstream and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Strong analytical and process-thinking skills; translate business needs into structured solutions.
• Interest in workflow automation and low-code tools like Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate new HR technologies and AI solutions and recommend the best fit for Infront.
• Lead HR system implementations end to end: requirements, vendor selection, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and adoption.
• Manage integrations with payroll, time tracking, Microsoft 365 and Finance systems.
• Identify and pilot AI use cases across HR including recruiting, onboarding, self-service, document creation and data analysis.
• Build simple AI and automation solutions and act as an AI champion within HR.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate them.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint and HRIS-native functionality.
• Maintain HR data quality and develop automated dashboards and KPIs.
• Support data requirements for pay transparency and job architecture.
• Lead HR technology and transformation projects with timelines, risks and budgets.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, payroll providers and other functions.
• Drive adoption through communication, training and change management across multiple countries.
