Job summary

iubenda is seeking an HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle across a distributed, international workforce. You will support payroll coordination, compliance, and data integrity using HiBob, Teamtailor, and Asana, while driving AI-powered HR improvements.

Collaboration with labour law experts and partners is key for cross-country contracts and risks. You’ll contribute to engagement initiatives, salary framework reviews, and day-to-day HR inquiries, helping build trusted relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with generalist exposure.
• Experience across multiple geographies and labour frameworks.
• Operationally strong with payroll coordination and records management.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with HRISs (HiBob) and ATSs (Teamtailor).
• Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate employee records across jurisdictions.
• Support HR workflows with AI to improve speed and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws; assist with contracts.
• Support engagement surveys, stay interviews, and data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with salary grid reviews and compensation governance.
