Family Office is seeking an HR Director for a private construction project, fully remote and owning the HR function from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.

You will scale the HR function from 150 to 250 people, lead complex and senior hires, design compensation/benefits, and own end-to-end HR operations, policy, and strategy. You will also build analytics, report on people metrics, and advise leadership on people strategy and risk.

Formación

• Solid experience leading an HR function end-to-end, ideally through scaling.
• Strong background in recruitment, with a track record of closing complex or senior hires.
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent communication and handling confidential information.
