Page Executive is recruiting an experienced HR Director to join the Executive Committee and lead the people agenda across Iberia. The role reports to the CEO and partners with senior leadership to align HR with ambitious growth plans in a multi-site, dynamic business.

Fluent English is essential with French a plus. The position offers broad responsibility across HR disciplines and a competitive executive package. Barcelona-based, with potential for a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site, retail, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to support CEOs and leadership teams in fast-paced organisations.
• Track record delivering talent acquisition, performance, and engagement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.
• Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance and business support.
• Drive talent acquisition across corporate, commercial and operational functions.
• Enhance performance management, development and succession planning processes.
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen capabilities.
• Lead employee engagement and internal communications programs.
• Manage and develop the HR function to deliver services efficiently.
• Support transformation and change management initiatives.
• Develop HR metrics and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and performance.

To support its next phase of development, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the Executive Committee and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Job Description

• Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.
• Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs.
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions.
• Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes.
• Manage and develop the HR function, ensuring efficient delivery of people services.
• Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within retail, consumer‑facing, multi‑site operations, industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting CEOs and leadership teams in fast‑paced and evolving organisations.
• Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, growth or organisational change.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English is essential; fluent French is a plus.
