Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Head of People to design and execute a scalable people strategy that aligns with rapid business growth. You will partner with senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning and culture, and you will lead managers across Talent Acquisition, Office Management & Employee Experience, and People Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as Head/Director of People managing direct reports.
• Startup/scale-up experience (Series B–C preferred).
• Proven ability to build and execute People strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
