Remote is seeking an HR AI and Automation Operations Lead to design and implement intelligent automation within the EOR Operations vertical. You will connect data across platforms, reduce manual tasks, and enable scalable, compliant processes on a global stage.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Design, Engineering and IT, lead multi-agent automation initiatives, and mentor the team while upholding high standards for data privacy and governance.

Formación

• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across diverse contexts, with focus on UX and efficiency.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into automated solutions with Product/Engineering/IT teams.
• Strong ownership, initiative and ability to lead complex automation projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own automation strategy across HR operations and compliance.
• Map and optimize end-to-end automated workflows and data pipelines.
• Prototype, deploy and govern AI-backed automation with multi-agent patterns and governance policies.
• Develop analytics dashboards to monitor performance, data quality and compliance.
