Reverse is seeking a hands-on HR Director for our strategic facility in Spain. The role requires extensive experience in high-intensity operational settings, handling complex labor relations, and partnering with the CEO on workforce strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in HR/Law/BA, 10–15 years in HR with at least 5 years in executive roles within heavy infrastructure sectors, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• University degree in HR, Law, Labour Relations or Business Administration; Master’s in HR is preferred.
• 10–15 years HR experience with 5+ years in executive/management roles in large infra, port ops, airports, or heavy logistics.
• Solid expertise in Spanish Labor Law, union relations, and job grading methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Labor Relations & Negotiation: lead strategy with unions and works councils, manage CBAs, ensure social dialogue per Spanish law.
• Strategic Partner & On-Site Presence: act as HR Business Partner to the CEO with active presence among the workforce.
• Structure & Compensation: implement job grading frameworks and salary equity per EU and local rules.
• Talent Management & Culture: oversee development plans, evaluations, and recruitment to foster safety and efficiency.
• Compliance & Administration: ensure HR regulatory compliance, oversee personnel administration, and coordinate budgets with finance.
