Family Office is seeking a People & Culture Lead to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR—from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.

You will scale the HR function, lead complex hires, design compensation and benefits, manage HR operations, set strategy, and build analytics to guide people decisions.

Formación

• Led HR function end-to-end during scaling.
• Track record of closing complex/senior hires.
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and handling confidential information.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Scale the HR function from 150 to 250 people.
• Lead recruitment, including complex and senior hires.
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Own HR operations end-to-end—onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance.
• Set HR strategy and org design as the business grows.
• Build analytics and reporting to guide people decisions.
• Advise leadership on people strategy, structure and risk.
