Family Office is seeking a People & Culture Lead to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR—from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.

You will scale the HR function, lead complex hires, design compensation and benefits, manage HR operations, set strategy, and build analytics to guide people decisions.

Formación

• Led HR function end-to-end during scaling.
• Track record of closing complex/senior hires.
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and handling confidential information.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.

We're looking for a People&Culture Lead to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from roughly 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR — from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Scale the HR function to support company growth from :150 to 250 people
• Lead the recruitment function, including the most complex and sensitive hires
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies
• Own HR operations end-to-end — onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance
• Set HR strategy and org design as the business grows
• Build the analytics and reporting needed to guide people decisions
• Advise leadership on people strategy, structure, and risk

Requirements

• Solid experience leading an HR function end-to-end, ideally through a period of active scaling
• Strong background in recruitment, with a track record of personally closing complex or senior hires
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
