Contentsquare is seeking a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You’ll help build a scalable, secure, data‑driven People function and own global governance, driving Workday strategy and cross‑functional cycles.
You’ll translate People needs into technical requirements, shape the Workday roadmap, identify automation opportunities including AI and emerging technologies, and partner with Transformation to
Formación
- Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- The ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- A strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at senior level.
Responsabilidades
- Own global governance of People processes and data.
- Translate People needs into technical requirements and shape the Workday roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes, including through AI and emerging technologies.
- Partner with Transformation to turn these opportunities into scalable solutions.
- Lead major People cycles and drive adoption of new Workday processes.
