360Learning is seeking a leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM and to drive adoption of AI across Salesforce, marketing automation and CS tooling. You will partner with Data, Enablement, Security and Finance to define the target state and build scalable AI-enabled systems that improve ROI.

You will coach senior ICs, run vendor evaluations end-to-end, and shape a 12–18 month roadmap for the GTM tech stack, balancing build vs.

Formación

• 5+ years across GTM systems and AI workflow products in revenue tech.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable tooling for the revenue engine.
• Fluency with modern GTM stacks and AI-driven capabilities.
• Defined KPIs, ran experiments, and used data to drive impact on pipeline and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including ROI, adoption and cost.
• Maintain customer-zero status for AI and turn insights into reusable patterns.
• Design the GTM stack long-term, deciding what to build vs. buy.
• Prioritize solutions by cost, feasibility and business impact.
• Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops.
• Run end-to-end vendor evaluations and renewal cycles.
• Collaborate with Data, Enablement, Security and Finance leaders.
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities.
