Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales and GTM strategists to help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a chance to influence AI-enabled business workflows.

You will design territory/quota models, pipeline forecast decks, and compensation plans, with a focus on measurable impact and clear written communication. Start ASAP with 5–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with direct ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine GTM and compensation structures; develop territory/quota models and forecast decks.
• Support leadership with win/loss analyses and strategic guidance for AI training tasks.
