LevelUp Leads is a 100% remote, independent contractor sales development agency that creates high-quality leads and booked appointments for B2B clients. The team operates across US time zones and emphasizes outbound strategies, ICP refinement, and data-driven targeting.

The role requires 2+ years in GTM engineering and strong communication in English, with flexibility in CST/EST hours. As part of a remote team of ~65, you will use tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Ocean.io, SalesIntel, Wiza, and Claude

Formación

• 2+ years GTM Engineering experience.
• Understanding of the tech space and business development processes.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.
• Understanding of how Cold calling and email campaigns work.
• Available to work mostly in the CST/EST timezone.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee list building, automations and enrichment using listed tools.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on list direction and client communication.
• Partner with clients to refine ICPs and segment target markets with the CSM.
• Translate ICPs into actionable targeting strategies across industries, job titles, and geographies.
• Assist with outbound messaging when needed; agency experience is a plus.
