ColdIQ is launching an API-first GTM platform and seeks a GTM Engineer to lead hands-on client implementations. You will build GTM Operating Systems and GTM Brains using Claude Code, collaborating directly with early clients in a done-with-you delivery model.

You'll document what works, iterate the delivery playbook, and have opportunities to grow into Head of GTM Engineering as the team expands. This is a fully remote, freelance-style engagement with impactful, real-world outcomes.

Formación

• Hands-on GTM engineering experience with operational systems.
• 2
• Proven experience with Claude Code or equivalent AI automation.
• 3
• Deep GTM knowledge: B2B funnels, outbound, enrichment, CRM, and GTM system integration.
• 4
• Background in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or growth operations.
• 5
• Comfortable in a client-facing context and able to explain technical work.
• 6
• Autonomous and rigorous, able to own complex implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement GTM Operating Systems end-to-end for ColdIQ clients.
• Build and validate GTM Brains using Claude Code and our ecosystem.
• Work hands-on in a done-with-you model: you build alongside clients, not for them.
• Ensure implementation quality and iterate based on real usage and outcomes.
• Document what works and contribute to the delivery playbook.
