Docplanner seeks a senior GTM systems leader to own the end-to-end tooling blueprint across CRM, marketing, and data flows. You will drive holistic design, ownership, and AI-enabled workflow adoption to improve productivity.

Reporting to the COO with strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, CS, Care, Finance and People, you will build a high-performing team, define governance, and deliver measurable business impact in a rapidly evolving GTM tech stack.

Formación

• Experience designing systems and workflows across multiple tools, not just one platform.
• Proven ability to ship automation or AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity.
• Strong understanding of APIs, iPaaS, data quality and observability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable system designs.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset with delivery discipline and bias to ship.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end GTM systems and tooling blueprint across CRM, marketing systems, and data flows.
• Design holistic tool interactions, ownership, data movement and workflow redesign.
• Roadmap AI-enabled GTM workflows from use-case selection to adoption with measurable gains.
• Build governance, intake processes, and service standards for GTM tooling.
• Deliver a clear diagnosis of current tooling, identify friction and data quality issues.
• Build a small, high-performing GTM systems team and modern operating model.
