Perk is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to architect and scale Clay-based outbound infrastructure and AI-powered enrichment. You will own multi-step Clay workflows, integrate with Salesforce and Outreach, and collaborate with Revenue Systems leadership to drive data-driven GTM excellence.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, advanced AI prompts, and maintaining high data integrity to enable scalable, personalised outreach at pace.

Formación

• 6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Clay expertise with production-grade tables, enrichment flows and AI prompts.
• Salesforce proficiency: custom objects, flows, reports, and data integrity.
• Experience integrating Outreach or SalesLoft with CRM and enrichment tooling.
• Strong ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables and AI enrichment logic powering the outbound engine.
• Engineer multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, and conditional branching.
• Build and iterate on AI prompt layers within Clay for personalised outreach and lead qualification.
• Construct and maintain signal-based prospecting systems from triggers to prioritized Clay tables for Sales.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and data providers to maintain clean GTM data.
• Triage issues, troubleshoot failures, and minimize lost selling time during core business hours.
