Jobgether is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager based in Spain to own the end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel, from initial advertising exposure to first renewal. You will drive growth through experimentation, onboarding improvements, pricing strategies, paywalls, and upsell opportunities, collaborating with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams.

You will lead a data-driven team to optimize user journeys, measure revenue impact, and deliver scalable product

Qualificações

• 6+ years in growth management or product management in consumer subscriptions.
• 2+ years leading product teams (managers, designers, analysts).
• Proven end-to-end funnel optimization with paid acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation across funnel elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering.
• Analyze channels (paid, organic, referral) and tailor user journeys.
• Build dashboards and reporting to identify bottlenecks.
• Translate customer insights into improved product experiences.
