Job summary

Jobgether, via partner, is seeking a Product Manager CTV based in Spain to own strategy and monetization of connected TV inventory. You will define the roadmap, optimize auctions, and work with engineering and sales to drive revenue growth in a fully remote setting.

You will lead initiatives across OpenRTB/VAST, AI-assisted workflows, and publisher partnerships, balancing performance, quality, and compliance while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ad tech product management with measurable revenue impact.
• End-to-end ownership from roadmap to delivery with accountability.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VMAP, ad pods and related specs.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with KPIs and experiments.
• Technical fluency for discussions with engineers; AI experience a plus.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the CTV product vision and roadmap for revenue growth.
• Activate publisher inventory while ensuring quality and monetization potential.
• Protect the ecosystem from fraud and malicious ads.
• Optimize auctions and yield with CTV auction mechanics.
• Expand demand partnerships to increase competition and revenue.
• Lead product delivery with engineering across lifecycle.
• Drive adoption and measure impact with post-launch performance.
