Lever, Inc. is seeking Head of Growth – Europe, based in Spain, to own the DTC and Shopify growth engine across European markets, accountable for profitable revenue growth.

The role blends performance marketing, creative strategy, landing-page optimization, and experimentation to build a scalable growth system. You'll manage paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, develop landing pages, offers, and testing cadence, own the P&L, collaborate with teams, and may build a small growth team.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in DTC growth and e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV.
• Comfort with AI for creative development and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own European DTC growth P&L and profitability.
• Scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Develop landing pages, funnels, and offers.
• Lead experiments across creative, audiences, and pages.
• Build and lead a growth network across Europe.
• Collaborate with operations, creative, email/SMS, wholesale.
