Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking a Marketing Analyst, New Business and M&A to build the marketing analytics infrastructure that supports new ventures and companies integrated through acquisitions.

You will transform paid advertising data into actionable insights guiding acquisition strategies, budget allocation, and growth, working across analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• At least 3 years in data analytics/BI with a marketing focus.
• Hands-on experience building marketing data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL skills; Python, R, or MATLAB a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Proficient in BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik).
• Knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end marketing data systems linking impressions to revenue.
• Integrate data from acquired companies with reliable tracking.
• Evaluate paid campaigns using CAC, ROAS, LTV metrics.
• Develop forecasts using SQL and predictive modeling.
• Create dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Define and standardize marketing metrics across businesses.
• Translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers, and ops teams.
• Map data flows from acquisition to revenue.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting.
• Support strategic decisions on budgets and channels.
• Develop repeatable M&A analytics framework.
