Jobgether is partnering with a high-growth health and wellness DTC brand to recruit a Head of Performance Creative based in Spain. You will own the performance creative strategy across products and paid media, guiding internal and external teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and scalable testing systems.

The ideal candidate leads with strategic vision and hands-on creative judgment, leveraging analytics and AI tools to improve ROAS and acquisition economics in a remote-first environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand or performance-focused agency.
• Success in developing, testing, and scaling paid advertising concepts (especially on Meta).
• Experience mentoring or guiding creative strategists and external agency partners.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, persuasive storytelling, and CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative decisions.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

• Own performance creative strategy and testing framework aligned with targets and profitability.
• Identify new growth opportunities from customer research, market trends, and performance insights.
• Build a consistent creative pipeline balancing original concepts and refreshed assets.
• Lead and develop creative talent; set expectations for quality and accountability.
• Manage external agency partnerships, briefs, reviews, and optimization processes.
• Translate data into decisions on which concepts to scale, refine, or discontinue.
• Leverage analytics to understand creative effectiveness and drivers of performance.
• Address creative fatigue with a steady supply of fresh concepts and reusable insights.
• Remain hands-on in crafting or refining approximately 10 high-quality briefs per week.
• Balance premium brand presentation with persuasive direct-response messaging.
• Build scalable operating systems for research, ideation, briefing, production, approvals, launch, and analysis.
• Improve operational efficiency with Notion-based workflows and QA processes.
• Use AI and automation to enhance research, reporting, and creative intelligence.
• Ensure messaging complies with applicable requirements and regulations.
• Demonstrate measurable progress within 3 months, including testing effectiveness and production consistency.
