Relocify is a fast-growing startup helping people find long-term housing in new cities. We are seeking a driven Growth Marketer to own user acquisition, optimize campaigns, and scale what works. This role is fully remote (EU time zone) with both full-time and part-time options.

You’ll lead growth metrics, manage budgets, and run rapid experiments to improve our funnel and ROI. English communication is essential for cross-border collaboration within the team.

Formación

• 3–5 years of growth marketing experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with budgets, performance metrics, and ROI tracking.
• Data-driven, proactive, and always looking to improve results.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Own growth metrics and set ambitious user acquisition goals with founders.
• Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, and influencer collaborations.
• Run rapid experiments to test new channels and optimize the funnel.
• Analyze data to fix drop-off points and maximize ROI.
• Scale winning strategies while maintaining low CAC.
