Jobgether SRL is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded performance marketer to lead paid acquisition across Google and Meta in a fully remote role. You will scale high-spend accounts, build campaigns from scratch, and integrate first-party data to optimize customer growth.

The position offers autonomy, direct collaboration with senior leadership, and the opportunity to test new channels globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct account responsibility.
• Proven experience managing at least $50,000 per month in Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA, value-based bidding, Performance Max).
• Experience building a Meta advertising account from scratch.
• Understanding unit economics: margins, AOV, LTV, payback, CAC.
• Experience optimizing for new-customer revenue, not just total conversions.
• Ability to develop audiences from first-party data and customer research.
• Proven creative ideation skills with a portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Scale and optimize Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Build Meta advertising from scratch with testing frameworks.
• Conduct audience research using CRM segments and customer data.
• Develop messaging angles from customer insights and reviews.
• Create AI-driven static ads and videos with designers when needed.
• Set budgets, bids, and targets based on unit economics.
• Design and analyze structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Verify conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, and API integrations.
• Manage external freelancers/agencies within budget and outcomes.
• Launch new paid channels and evaluate results.
